摘要：介绍了一种在同一金属零件上局部镀黑镍拉丝、局部镀真金的双色电镀工艺。其工艺流程包括底色电镀、上隔色漆、镭射图案、二次电镀、退隔色漆和喷保护膜。指出操作过程中应注意各工序间的间隔时间不宜过长、防止工件划伤等注意事项。该工艺无镀种限制，能在产品的侧面和圆弧面上做出特殊的双色效果，镀层附着力好，美观。

Novel two-color plating process／／ZHENG Chong．tong
Abstract：A two—color plating process featuring partial black brushed nickel plating and partial gold plating on the same metallic component was introduced．The process flow includes electroplating background color，coating barrier paint，laser engraving pattern，secondary electroplating，removing barrier paint and spraying protective coating．Some points for attention were given，such as shortening the interval between steps and preventing workpiece scratching．The process has the features of special two—color effect on the side and arc surface of the products，good coating adhesion and good appearance without plating type resWiction．

1 前言
随着人们生活水平的提高及审美观的提升，单一镀种颜色已不能满足人们的需要，双色及多色电镀应运而生。它不仅外观美观且形式多样，已在不少装饰品上采用。
传统双色或多色电镀层是在基础镀层的最后镍层上镀第二、三色的镀层，常用的是金、仿金、枪黑等带色镀层，第三色可以在第二层上再作绝缘处理。本文介绍的是一种不同于传统方法的新型双色电镀方法，可以做不同镀种的双色。
