电弧喷涂与粉末涂料喷涂复合涂层防护技术

摘要:研究了热固性粉末涂料用作金属热喷涂涂层的封闭层及面层的防护技术,比较了分别喷涂环氧锌基重防腐粉末涂料、纯聚酯粉末涂料,喷涂环氧锌基重防腐粉末涂料后再喷涂纯聚酯粉末涂料以及热浸镀锌后喷涂纯聚酯粉末涂料等试样在不同盐雾和人工加速老化时间下的附着力。结果发现,只有熔融黏度偏低的环氧类粉末涂料适合用作封闭层。该复合涂层技术已应用于高速公路护栏上。

Composite coating protection technology of arc spraying and powder coating spraying//CHAO Bing+, LU Dong-fang

 

AbstractA protection technology of using thermosetting powder coating material as sealing film or top-coating for metal thermal spraying coatings was studied.The adhesion of various samples sprayed with heavy—anticorrosion zinc—based epoxy powder coating or pure polyester powder coating,sprayed with heavy-anticorrosion zinc—based epoxy powder coating followed by spraying pure polyester powder coatin9,and sprayed with pure polyester powder coating after galvanizing were compared at different salt spraying time and artificial accelerated aging time.The results showed that only low melt viscosity epoxy powder coating material is suitable to be a sealing film.The composite coating technology has applied to expressway guardrail.

1   前言

 

    热喷涂是一门具有悠久历史的工艺性技术,是表面工程的关键技术之一,具有工艺简单、灵活,涂层质量好‘,应用范围广的特点。其中,电弧喷涂技术因具有喷涂效率高,相对于普通火焰喷涂涂层具有质量好、成本低的优势,被广泛应用于机械零部件的表面防护,特别是钢结构的大面积长效防腐工程上。热喷涂涂层的形成过程如图l所示,它是片状碟形金属粒子相互锚定的结构,其SEM照片如图2所示。
