电流效率、电流密度、电镀时间与镀层质量和厚度关系参考数据

   表5-1~表5—18分别列出了九种工艺在电流效率为100%时的镀层厚度和镀层质量数据,这九种镀层分别是氰化镀铜(表5-1、表5-2)、酸性硫酸盐镀铜(表5—3、表5—4)、镍镀层(表5-5、表5-6)、镀银层(表5—7、表5—8)、酸性镀锡(表5-9、表5-10)、碱性镀锡(表5一ll、表5—12)、镀锌层(表5—13、表5—14)、氰化镀黄铜(表5-15、表5—16)和氰化镀青铜(表5-17、表5—18)。表5—19提供了镀层厚度与质量换算数据,表5—20提供了各种镀液体积电流密度数据,而表5—21、表5-22提供了镀铬溶液在不同温度下的电流效率及沉积率。
